Shipping FAQ
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because every piece is made-to-order, please allow:
3–5 business days for production
5–7 business days for shipping
These timeframes may extend slightly during the holiday season.
*If you're ordering for a specific date, a birthday, Mother's Day, or housewarming, please account for the full window and order early (ideally at least 2 weeks before the date).
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate economy shipping at $4.99.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $35.
This will apply automatically at checkout once your cart qualifies.
Will my items arrive together?
Maybe. Because our products are printed on demand, items may ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are printed and shipped from a professional U.S. production partner for fast delivery and high-quality results.
What if my tracking shows “Pre-Shipment”?
This simply means your label has been created and your package is waiting to be scanned by USPS or the carrier.
Once scanned, tracking will update automatically.
I entered my address wrong. Can it be changed?
Please contact us immediately.
If the order has not entered production, we will update it for you.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Check with neighbors, your mailbox, porch, and local post office. Sometimes carriers mark items delivered early.
Please reach out to us if it does not show up after 2-3 days.
Returns FAQ
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is custom made-to-order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive in good condition.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We will fix it right away — at no cost to you.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
Just email us within 15 days of delivery at hello@theauthorspeaceco.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the issue
3. A short description of what happened
You do not need to return the damaged item.
What qualifies for a free replacement or refund?
We’ll make it right if your order has:
- Shipping damage (bent corners, cracked frame, broken glass)
- Print or production defects (blurriness, incorrect colors, misprints)
- The wrong size or design sent
- Missing items in your order
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Please check:
- Your mailbox
- Your porch or side door
- Neighbors
- Your local post office
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early.
If it hasn’t shown up after 2–3 days, email us and we’ll help you next steps.
What if my package gets lost in transit?
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and send you a replacement if it is confirmed lost.
What if my order gets returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, or delivery refusal, you will need to place a new order with the updated address.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Can I exchange my print for a different size or design?
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accommodate exchanges.
You are welcome to place a new order for the size or design you prefer.
Will colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
Slight variations are normal due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.
These variations are not considered defects.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds usually process in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you don’t see your refund after this timeframe:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your card provider
3. Contact your bank
