RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Made-to-Order Artwork

Every item is custom-made when you place your order. This allows us to offer premium quality while minimizing waste — but it also means your artwork is created specifically for you.

Because of this:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive in good condition.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.


Our Quality Promise

We stand behind every piece we create. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.

We offer a free replacement or full refund for:

  • Items damaged in transit (bent corners, cracked frames, broken glass)

  • Printing or production defects (blurriness, incorrect colors, misprints)

  • Wrong size, design, or product shipped

  • Missing items

How to report an issue:

Please email us within 15 days of delivery at hello@theauthorspeaceco.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

  3. A short description of what happened

You will never be asked to return a damaged or defective item.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will:

  • Open a case with the carrier

  • Send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost


Orders Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or being unclaimed, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
Please double-check your address before checking out.


Refunds (For Approved Claims Only)

Approved refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.

If your refund is missing:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale, but still eligible for replacement or refund if damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you’d like a different size or design, please place a new order.


Important Notes

Color Variations

Slight differences between digital screens and printed colors are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Because all items are made-to-order, we encourage you to review sizing, colors, and product descriptions before completing your purchase.
