Our calendars are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless there is an issue with your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if you encounter any problems.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection).
• Issues caused by buyer error such as inputting incorrect information at the time of purchase.

Exceptions
We accept returns or provide replacements only under the following circumstances:
• The item received is damaged or defective.
• The item received is incorrect (e.g. product).

If your order falls under one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:
1. Your order number.
2. A clear description of the issue.
3. Photos of the item showing the problem.

Process for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

2. After your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, or packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
